Delivery Coverage
SKINSTRUCT delivers products to a wide range of serviceable Pin Codes across India.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 working hours after successful order confirmation. Delivery by our logistics partners generally takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Customers in major cities may receive their orders within 3 days. Delivery timelines may vary due to remote locations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Undeliverable Pin Codes
Deliverability is verified based on the Pin Code provided during checkout. If your location later becomes unserviceable, SKINSTRUCT reserves the right to cancel the order. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.
For orders with a total value exceeding ₹5,000, our customer support team may contact you for order verification before dispatch.
Shipping Fees and Special Cases
Cash on Delivery (COD)
An additional ₹70 shipping fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order and Address Handling
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, including the correct Pin Code and contact number, is accurate at the time of placing the order. Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be modified. Each order can be delivered to only one shipping address.
Order Cancellation
In exceptional circumstances, such as an unserviceable delivery location, SKINSTRUCT may cancel the order. Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation.
Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery remains unsuccessful, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternate solution.
Multiple Products
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. Each shipment may have its own tracking number, and delivery dates may vary.
International Shipping
Currently, SKINSTRUCT ships only within India. International shipping services are not available at this time.
